12-1-2010 - RE appointment

My mood while writing this blog: Hopeful

Andrew and I went to see the RE today and we loved her! She took her time and talked to us for over an hour. When Itold her about my ultrasoundon Thursday and my HCG levels not doubling she was worried and said it doesn't sound good but we will check on the baby by ultrasound again. So she did one right there and we saw our little baby Mac again and the heartbeating!! She said she was suprised to see the baby with a heartbeat and that maybe this was going to be "the one" and for us to keep our fingers crossed because "he is holding on by his toenails" She went over Andrew and I's family history and had lots of medical questions. She also said that if we do loose this baby that we will be able to do more testing right away and hopefully find out more about what and why this is happening to us. Andrew and I both had a really good feeling about her and felt very informed when we left! Some changes she made to my treatment are that Iam now going to betaking my progesteron vaginally instead of orally and she added Omega 3 and Vitiman D to my list, so 4 more pills a day but also told me to cut back on the floic acid to 5 mg instead of 10mg. SO right now we feel good but not relaxed or in the clear by any means. We go back to see her agian next Tuesday morning. She also took a blood sample to re-check my HCG. Fingers Crossed and PRAYING hear til then!!
