05-1-2009 - Last Dr. appt. 1/5/09

My mood while writing this blog: Nervous/excited

Today was my last dr. appt for this pregnancy. I went in he checked me same routine as always. I am now 3cm dialated and still 50% effaced. My dr. made an appt for me to go in the hospital Saturday morning the 10th to be induced. He is just going to break my water and let me go that way. It's only 5 days away. I still cannot believe I am going to be holding my lil girl this weekend! I'm ready though to see how this is all going to go.

I kinda feel bad in a way for getting induced. I really wanted to go natural this time but I am pretty close anyways to going on my own. My dr. even said that he wouldn't be suprised if I went on my own before Saturday. I'm just in so much pain right now and can't sleep at night. Watch it's almost 1 am here now I'm still up and I'll probably go into labor tonight lol. Since he checked me today I have been getting a lot more BH so we will see maybe they will turn into real contractions. This week is my last week of work until after I have her and I really want to get through it. We need every penny we can get because my husband doesn't go back to work until the 19th and unemployment is like 5 weeks behind. Well that was all good news for me today so I think I should try to go to bed. One more day closer to meeting Ashlynn.
