20-1-2012 - IT'S A GIRL!!

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

I got my ultrasound done on Wednesday, January 18th, 2011. According to my LMP, I would have been 21w 3 days however to the dr's dates I'm 20w 3 days. One week off. I'm still soo confused but I'll stick to the dr's date of 20w and 3 days. I'll be 21 weeks on sunday and I'm feeling good. Out of breath at times but other than that, nothing to complain about. The baby weighed exactly 16 oz according to the u/s so 1 Lb. I'm expecting another good size baby... I'm going to say if I have her between 40 or 41 weeks, she'll be about 8 1/2 lbs.

I didn't get any input on weather or not my placenta moved up. My midwife will go over the final report on Feb 14th, at my next appointment. I picked out a name for my daughter, it will be Willow Grace. Different, but pretty name I thought.

My daughter went with me to the ultrasound and when the lady said it was a girl, my daughters face lit up with a big smile. She's excited!! :) My kids will adjust well... I will too but I'll be on the verge of losing my mind LOL. Both my kids are out of school in the middle of May and I'm due very early June... all summer with three kids.. two of which will want to go outside and play. I'll adjust and be just fine! :)

The last few months I have been very paranoid. I keep thinking my baby has down syndrome.. not a bad thing, dont get me wrong. This word just keeps going through my mind and I can't stand it!! It's like a mother instinct feeling which I hope is not right.... just me being paranoid. :/
