08-1-2010 - I have just realized...

My mood while writing this blog: Ok

I have just realized how much worse my son was a few months ago. He is slowly regressing again but only with his stims. They're coming back! I hope I can get through this week because we see the DAN! dr on Friday the 15th. I am hoping I can be patient and loving enough to get through the next seven days with my son. Lately he has been attempting to stand on his head, tempers are now escalating, and he is climbing again more. His climbing was just about gone. I removed all but two supplements (probiotic and multivitamin). Well I wouldn't call them supplements because everyone should have these two vitamins in their diet regardless. Anyhow he was on 5-6 other supplements, then that's when I called the DAN! dr. I have been using them till we ran out to save up for the DAN! dr visit. Well now I wish I have just bought what I needed till then and not have to deal with this now. Its like I'm being faced with the test of hell. I'm telling you! Everynight my son is standing on his head. Usually an hour before bed and during bed time. No this isn't a "phase". It's one thing to do it as a kid... but my son does it for other reasons than fun. It's sensory issues for him as well as yeast in his brain. Sounds crazy... but we will get this cleared up ....hopefully soon!
