10-3-2010 - Chart Interpretation HELP! OkMy mood while writing this blog:
Ok

Hi Ladies,

Well I am devestated this morning. I thought i was atmy most fertile time of my cycle. Cycle day 30. Last month my 45 day cycle I ovulated on Day 30. So this morning when my DH were BD, we got a surprise. Spotting. I dont understand. FF interpretation this cycle says that i havent even ovulated. I really need some advice on this. I have posted my 2 charts from FF in my photobook. If any of you get time, could you please have a look. I am really upset. If i havent oulated this cycle, and this is AF coming, then i have problems. I am going to make an appointment with my doc for next week.

I was so upbeat this time around. I have a really positive feeling and then i get this! boo hoo.

Hi MelindaS - The spotting could just be an ovulation excess at times i get mid cycle bleed nothing too serious. Do you get ovulation pain? that at times my lead to spotting and cramping and at times the cramping could be more painful than having AF pains.

I am no expert, but it looks like you might have ovulated on CD20 this cycle. The consistent part of your cycle is the luteal phase. The part after you ovulated. In the last cycle where your chart showed a definite fertile period, your luteal phase was 14 days. Therefore, if you did indeed ovulated on CD20, then having AF on CD35 would show a consistency in your luteal phase and spotting. Which is good. However, your temps are not dropping yet, so I won't think that AF is on it's way. It might just be your cervix that is sensitive. Hope there will be an answer soon. - L
