So, since most of us are getting close to seeing our beautiful babies, alot of us are looking into natural remedies to induce labor..

I started looking into this, and found this site.Its really helpful, and some of the things I didnt know.

Sex, bouncing on the gym ball, walking, esp downstairs, reflexology, Caulophyllum homepathic remedy, clary sage massage, nipple stimulation like expressing colostrum can trigger contractions, evening primrose oil can help cervical ripening. Laughing has also been known to help trigger labour anecdotally of course but it definately wouldn't hurt. If you are full term a midwife may perform a cervical sweep which is a pretty uncomfortable examination but it can definately help.
