29-9-2008 - Daddy Feels Baby!!!

My mood while writing this blog: excited

About 4 am this mornig I flipped on my back and held my tummy trying to feel baby. Slightly concerned as it seems movement latley has been sparatic. As I was holding my tum I started feeling more connected to my baby and enjoyed the moment without movenet then pop, pop baby kicks me in about the middle so I could feel it on my hand. Two seconds later the kicks shift to the lower right and then keep going. I tell my half a sleep hubby if wants to try to feel. We lay there with his hand pressing on me and nothin - urrgg. Then I could feel baby again but he said he wasn't sure. It happened a couple times and he still wasn't sure. Then the baby kicked up a little higher and hard and daddy felt that one!!!

This is so exciting! It seems this made baby even more real to daddy as he said good bye to our baby on his own accord and kissed our little one saying some sweet words without feeling funny about it. (yes, I have made him a couple times and I can tell he felt silly)
