31-3-2009 - 5- 6 weeks photos and shots comming...

My mood while writing this blog: pretty good... but questions??

Hi Ladies! Can you believe how wonderful it is having a baby, and where does the time go?!

My Isaiah is now 6 weeks - wowzers!!! I just added a 5 week photo of him in a brown and multi colored sweater, and another in a multi colored hand knit hat, also one of him 6 weeks in a blue baseball sleeper (3-6 months and his legs go to the end before washing it!) He is definately growing, this morning my scale said almost 12 lbs.. :-)

He has been a very good sleeper esp. at night, but yesterday was a little rough with wanting to eat non- stop through the afternoon. He woke up more frequent last night as well.. :( I still can't complain as he is so happy. Guessing he may be entering a 6 week growth spurt. It will be fun to see where he is at when we go in for his 2 month appt. I'm totally not stressing on the weight thing like I did with my girls - he is growing and that is the key!!

SHOTS!!?? Do you ladies know if there is any evidence of shots in recent years being corelated with boys getting autism? I had heard this before and now that it is shot time and I have a boy I am concerned... Hopefully it was all myth and I do definatley believe in imunizations but want to be cautious if certain ones could cause this!!! Please help me with info if you know as he will be 2 months in only a couple weeks!! Thanks! ~ blessing to you ~
