Today I had my 2nd appointment with the maternal fetal medicine doctor. I was very anxious because of the recent problems but also very excited because I knew there was a strong chance we would find out the sex of the baby. First let me say that everything is looking good. No sign of a placental separation and the baby appears to be healthy. I will spare all the details....it was a very complex visit with many things discussed. For now, everything is going great so I can't complain.
The doctor thinks the baby is.......a girl! Yes, it's a girl! All I want is a healthy baby but it's great my husband will get his much desired baby girl....especially since this will probably be his only child.
I will hold off on decorating or buying pink until after my anatomy scan at 20 weeks....just to make sure.

Not here often, but just was checking in on you. I hope all is well and that you and the baby are coming along fine. Good luck and congrats on finding out its a girl. My lil man turned 3 months yesterday. He is getting so chunky.
