My mood while writing this blog: Starving.... |
So i generally make the same things over and over and over again. I was wondering if any of you wonderful ladies had any recipe ideas... I am willing to try new things, but never know what to try... if you have a favorite recipe i would love to try it out...My husband will eat anything, our 2 year old is just that 2, so its kind of a hit and miss with him, my two older ones will try new things so long as they see us trying somethine new so anything would be great. Doesnt matter where you are from, or even if its a vegan, or vegetarian dish. Just want to try new things so that dinners are not so boring around here... again thank you so much ...

Wednesday, 3 Feb I made orange chicken the other day. Just a few ing. thst the chicken cubes sit in. BUT I add orange marmulade (sp) instead of the orange zest of a orange peel ( easier and because it thickens you dont worry too much about sing corn startch) ... I google everything. we make a lot of white rice, and I grind up fiber one cerel and fix in meals to ake sure we are getting enough fiber plus the taste is hidden and you end up eating a small amt of food. We make qeasadias (wow spelling is off on that one too). Thise are pretty simpe and you can add chicken or beef to it. If you use wheat ones even better yet but I find that they don't brown as well. If I have leaftover steak, i cut it into small pc. i make wide egg noodles with a bag of mixed veggies ( i cook in the same pot since you need to mix them anyways and why waste the gas money to run another pot of water!) After that I add cream of nush soup, some spices and the steak... ususally the heat from the oter items will warm the meat so you do not have to reheat... but be awear of that fact of needing to reheat the meat. goodluck youngmom3 -
