Write a new blog

My mood while writing this blog: seriously depressed |
well I'm a couple days overdue and I had my last OB appointment this morning. I'm only at 1 cm dilated. Still can't do membrane sweep. I have been given an induction date of Sun October 5th. I absolutely can't imagine being pregnant for 5 more days. I sure hope I go into labor naturally before then. Robin will be there for the birth, but he is definitely going to miss the first 6 weeks of his child's life. I don't know how my body can produce anymore tears to cry.

Friday, 3 Oct I like what libbaby4 said, but I don't have any idea what you're going through. I'm only 10 weeks, and I already asked Joseph if he'd be willing to carry our baby for a little while. He of course said no without flinching, but I was very willing to get a little break. I look forward to hearing that your baby is in your arms. I pray Robin will cherish every moment he has with the little bundle of joy before he has to ship off again.
I just thought of something. Do you have a video camera? I realize babies aren't very entertaining within the first six or so weeks, but they grow so fast. A little clip each day might help Robin feel like he was part of those weeks. Love you. lskill -
Wednesday, 1 Oct OMG. I can't believe you haven't had that baby yet. I'm sick of being pregnant too and i'm only 25 weeks. I can only imagine how you feel. Hang in there. You can do it. libbaby4 -
Wednesday, 1 Oct I know it is easy for me to say, but enjoy these last days. Try to pick something each day to dote on about your pregnancy that you will not have after little one is born. Maybe you can do a "week before you were born" journal to help pass the time. Describe each little movement you feel and how it makes your heart feel. You may have already done something like this... but now you really do know that it is the last week you will ever be pregnant with this baby! I'm sorry you are so down. Lots of hugs to you!!!
