05-8-2008 - Mammoth Baby!!

Well we had our one month check up on Friday, August 1st and Cole is a super healthy baby!! After being born early and on the small side (5lbs 14oz) Cole has taken no time in catching up! He weighs in now at 9lbs 14 oz - a 4lbs growth in just a month. He has also grown from 19 inches in length to 22 inches......I'm finally getting to put him in some of those clothes I got him when the doctors kept telling my I was going to give birth to BIG baby...woohoo!!

Life with Cole is amazing!! He has started to smile and make sweet faces and loves being talked to. He also cooes (sp?) and has "conversations" during his awake and play times. One of his favorite things to do is dancing around his room singing to Bon Jovi or Madonna..... For his 1 month birthday we took him to Babies R Us and got him some rattles and teethers that he already enjoys chewing on..... It's so much fun being his Mom!!!

good for you darlen....cole is growing so wonderfully. he's talking too, how sweet!
cayman is starting to smile and trying to talk as well but not quite yet. aside from the baby news, how are you truly? has the donor called at all?

Wow congrats on feeling happy!!! lol!!! Im still feeling overwhelemed. I commend you for being so active (singing and dancing) with a colicky baby... God only knows I wouldnt be able to handle it AT ALL! All the power to ya sister! LOL LOL!!! Chloe has her doc appt today and I will know how much my fatty weighs... she is finally in size 1 diapers! FINALLY! But still small looking.. to me anyways.

Wow! I cn't beleive he is one month already! I guess they chnge soo much in that time frame - I can't wait for Daniel to smile and coo...It has been a hard two weeks for me but i'll try to catch up soon!
