I know for sure that I felt my baby kick at 15 weeks. When I felt that one I was assured that the flutterly like feeling I had felt before was her too. Also I read that depending on your size it is not unlikely to feel the baby kick sooner when you have a small -medium build.

So, I felt it this morning....as I was driving Dapo to work. Tap, tap, tap...on my left side. I said, Dapo, I think I felt the baby! He said, "really?" Where? So I told him...I did some research and thought, well maybe it is, maybe not. A google search indicates that I am not the only one to feel it at 14 weeks. But nothing definitive.
But now, it is about 6:25 p.m., I am feeling little taps and waves all over my tummy! I am laying back on the couch. I wondered if it was gas...but trust me, I know gas. LOL! Anyway, this will be my little treasure for now. It will be much stronger as time goes on.
But perhaps that is little one's way of saying, "Mommy! Don't worry, I am here!" I feel you, baby!!
That's my child!
