20-4-2008 - Hello, week 16!!

My mood while writing this blog: Happy and Relaxed

So, week 16...we made it! That is so awesome! Had brunch today with my friend Lisa (Baby #2 due in Sept) and her sister Stephanie (Baby #1 due in August). First of all, it was just nice to be in the company of others going through the same thing...I don't know if some people really get how alienating it can be--or at least feel--when no one is experiencing the same thing as you. Especially such a big thing! With these ladies, I feel like nothing needed to be explained, but they just totally get it.

Anyway, have been feeling baby move occasionally. Still just little flutters...but definitely making his/her presence known. AND I am starting to show! My hairdresser noticed and so did my manicurist. They have been giving me extra TLC and making a big fuss. Next to having my mom around, this is great!! :-D

I am feeling good this week, and feel like I am getting the hang of this pregnancy deal. Of course, that means that next week, everything will be totally different. LOL!

But for now, I think we are *all* happy and healthy...and I couldn't ask for anything more.
