Haha I had the same problem w/ my doppler last week! And when I went to my OB apt. she had the same problem so she ended up giving me a U/S to get a accurate heart rate, which I was happy cause that gave me a chance to get to see my little peanut! I did read if you do it on a full bladder its easier to find/keep the heart beat.

Thank you to those who commented on my blog yesterday. You guys are so sweet. I have never been so scared in my whole life as I was that night.
Anyway got my doppler yesterday so of course I went straight home to try it out. I of course could find my heartrate real easily but baby was another story. I would get a heartrate of about 140 to 160 and as soon as I would hear one thump the baby would move. I would move around find it again and the baby would move again. We did this for about 30 minutes. It was crazy but cute.
