| 04-6-2008 - WOW! | My mood while writing this blog:Sleepy |
I went to the doctor on Monday for an ultra sound, I really wish I had the internet at my house. I have a scanner somewheres in my shed. I can't put the pictures on here.
The baby is measuring 17 inches, and weighs 6 pds. Wow...
Heartbeat is normal, the baby is positioned down...which I don't understand. She's still lying directly across my belly button as always. Makes it hard to bend over, or to comfortably be sitting at times.
OY, I am so exhausted! I wake up all the time during the night, and I can't get any rest. Get up at 7 to get ready for work. And I am sooooo tired. At 12 'o'clock, I am so heavy lidded, and I want to pass out. Like right now, I am still heavy eyed. Oy.
And all my clothes are uncomfortable, even the maternity pants. As soon as I wake up, my stomach is growling! AS SOON AS I GET UP!!!
And this morning, about 30 min after I ate my ceral, she was hungry again...lol....I can't keep up with her appetite....Lord help me and PLEASE don't let her appetite stay like that!! lol
But, I am excited...waiting impatently for my check, hoping and praying it will get here before my mother and step-father come from Ohio for the baby. Our dear Bella has ruined our carpet, and it needs to be replaced. And the before the baby is here. Damn my impatiance for getting my money rapid refunded instead of direct deposit. Oy, would have been nice to have it a month ago.
LOL....anyways, I am trying to so hard to stick to work, and not call out when I wake up and want to just lay there and the effort of getting up and dressed is too much...lol...I am lazy I suppose.
A typical night for me. I wake up and realize I have to pee. This sounds simple, but, really, it's not. After untangling my feet from around the dog, then making sure I don't squish the cat, which is either on the other side of my feet, or by my head, or right in my side, I have to stumble my way painfully to the potty.I have achyness in my hips and my thighs for some reason, and perhapes lying with a pillow between them doesn't work like it used to.
Once I get there, the dog is in front of me, and I have to scoot her away. Then I use the potty. Then I am suddenly dying for something to drink, and go and guzzle some milk or tea.
I then make my way back to the bed, only to find the dog has curled up right in my spot!!! ARG! I have to beg ger to move. Of course 99% of the time she won't. So I have to either yank the blanket to get her to
1. Move out of the spot
2. Roll her on her back, and roll her to the end of the bed.
It's more than not, rolling her to the foot of the bed. At this point I am dead on my feet, and that little bit of exercise in the middle of the night is NOT FUN. I am cranky and want to huddle up behind my honey.
Then I wake up at least twice more because the cat is clawing the pillow or my head, I am uncomfortable, or Darin is trying to roll over me. lol
And once more to use the potty again because of all the liquid I consumed just hours earlier. Then she wants to move and play around for a while. So I average waking up about 3 to 4 times during the night. Twice to actually get up...pain in my @$$. And not to mention just waking up to get comfortable.
So I have quite a bit of fun in the early am!
Well....I am going to work on recordings....which makes me even more sleepier!!
Ta-Ta!
