My mood while writing this blog: Ok

All seems to be well with baby, he's quite happy kicking away in there, although some days more than others. He seems to have been a bit less active today, but I'm sure the stress of a long day at work hasn't helped.

I'm feeling ok, although I keep experiencing excruciating cramp at night. Last week it was in my leg, which was awful and left my leg sore and me hobbling the day after. Last night it was in one of my toes, which was equally as painful and there's nothing I could do to make it stop.

I also keep getting stretching pains, like period pains, on and off these last couple of days so I think baby (and my bump) must be going through a growth spurt. Eeeek. I already feel huge and bending down is becoming increasingly difficult. I'm going to be the size of a house at this rate!

At least we have made a start on clearing the spare room out ready to decorate as a nursery. I can't wait to see it finished and put up all the furniture so I can neatly store away the baby clothes, equipment and toys we have bought so far. I've also made a start on some lovely canvases for the walls to match the border I bought, which is really relaxing after a long, busy and stressful day at work.
