28-4-2009 - 10 weeks and am having trouble waiting!!!

My mood while writing this blog:
Ok

Well well well I thought I could wait but this is crazy!!! I think I am really going nuts!!! First off I don't have a job right now which is really worrying me and I know it's worrying Pedja. He doesn't talk much about my pregnancy unless I ask a question but I struggle to. It's not like we didn't want a baby and Pedja loves kids I think he is worried about money and how we are going to afford everything... This is not America and it's not Europe the government doesn't care about pregnant women no wic if I remember correctly thats what my mother got in America after she had my brother cheese, milk all good things for baby. We don't live so poor but it's just kinda tough right now. No support from my rich father and plenty of support from his parents who unfortunately can't help financially. Typical!!! We are a happy couple and my first scan is at week 12 I can't wait!!! I've established that Pedja would also like a boy through our Skype chats!!! So uncomfortable talking face to face somehow only when i'm in pain or I feel sick we talk about my syptoms.... I don't know I guess i'm nervous as well I had a Blighted Ovum in January and it was terribly depressing so maybe we don't talk now until we see our baby. I'm hoping then we can talk about names and stuff. We only talk about the financial side of things. Crazy crazy sometimes i'm just so depressed!!! If I had a job, a purpose I think I would be fine... Am I crazy? Is anyone feeling inadequate? I am wanting a little boy so badly but I am just having trouble waiting to see my baby girl or boy!!! Oh well...

When i fell prego my DH wa the same as Pedja, the day we had our first scan that changed. I found by including him it helped. The day he felt baby move was the day he fell in love with her. I know how hard it is in SA as I am south african myself. I wish it was standard to help preggo woman as it is here in the UK. Try not to worry too much about not working at the mo, thing will work out. I wish you a happy and healthly pregnancy XX
