11-10-2009 - When will it actually sink in that im pregnant?

My mood while writing this blog:
Dunno?

Ok so im now 14 weeks and just wonder when its actually going to sink in that im having a baby?!?!
My morning sickness has pretty much gone, my boobs are not that sore, just every now and then when they grow a bit more and my belly to me is still looking bloated, although its not so jelly feeling anymore, haha! Think I need a proper bump and to feel lots of movements from baby before it all sinks in.
I do notice though that im extremely moody now which can quickly turn into tears, I hate that! I was watching High School Musical with my daughter yesterday and it made me cry - what the heck?!?!!?!
And now its been advertised on tv that those new gender prediction kits are out in NZ, which my man wants to get, but at $130 thats a bit rough, and what if it were wrong? Has anyone tried one of these?

I dont feel pregnant at all. My bellie is still flat cant wait to get a bump.

Ok give it 2 weeks. lol. If you're anything like me, you will all of the sudden have a big ol bump and nothing will fit. Then your appetite will go through the roof and you'll feel pregnant ;) I started feeling tiny movements at 14 weeks and then bigger ones by 17 weeks. Now he's kickin the CRAP outta me but I love it! And my placenta is in the front blocking most of it. What would I do if it werent?

I feel the same. I think when we have big bellies and maybe know the sex, it will sink in. x

I am 35 weeks pregnant and it still hasnt sunk in that I am pregnant and going to have a baby - even though I have a huge bump, feel him move about all the time and have pains like you wouldnt believe on my pubic bone!! I am going through all the emotions now of doubting my ability of being a good mum. Hmmmm - I hope it all changes soon as our little man is so close to entering this world now!! lol. Good luck hun. Im with Princess, why not wait until the scan to find out the sex? I have read about a fair few women trying the gender prediction kits - but they have been wrong in a number of cases. I wolud save your money and wait until the scan!! xxx
