I went to my OB appointment this morning at 9:30 and during the FST test, I had 5 contractions! So much activity! My doctor told me that my protein has risen from 30 to 100 and wants me to do the 24 urinalysis again, AAK! She check my cervix and said it's soft and dialated 1 cm. It's been closed until now! I was so excited! I have been having contactions for days now, very spiratic but nonetheless there and now I have finally started the opening process! She said that originally she had pushed back my induction date to March 1st as she would not be able to deliver att hat hospital until then but has already scheduled my induction for Feb 25th for me to come in at night and said Jack will be born on the 26th! She wants to keep the original date and thinks it's importnat to get him born sooner, she said at 39 weeks rather then later. I am so exstatic! I can't even contain myself! I am training my replacement all week and won't have the freedom of checking in, but if I happen to go into early labor, I will coem on and report! Hope this message finds all you mama's feeling good, those ready to deliver having the patience of superstars and those trying to conceive may God bless you with a positive test result! Oh, and by the way, went to baby R us this weekend and bought my nursing gown and robe, slippers and some travel size toiletries for the hospital. My bags are packed! Woohoo! 11 days from today I will be holding my lil man, my lil miracle!
