idk eat fiber, thats what i do when im constipated I know that and activia help keep you regular but im not certain if that works on diarhea??

Im not really sure what to take for that. Did your doctor give you a list of meds u can take? If not call your doctors office, I will look and see if i can find my sheet of meds.

Girls,
Sorry about this but i need advise! On Monday i had constipation then on Tuesday i desided to drink Milk, it did help eas it but now i'm going to the rest room time and again even today still please help???/ i need to stop it now :-)
I've got a loose stomach and i don't think it's right.
