I am feeling super fat right now. I am only 17 weeks 4 days and i have already gained 17 pounds. Does anyone have any suggestions to help keep me from gaining weight so rapidly? please let me know

Saturday, 17 May what i try to do is map out what im going to eat for the day. i make sure its nutritious and low cal. if i dont meet my challenge i am very disappointed in myself; if i do i reward myself at the end of the week with a fast food binge! ..(just one a week) fill up on low cal foods.... its more time consuming to prepare but i try to look at it like that time i spent preparing a healthy meal, i would of wasted sitting around being hungry. last week i bought a red, green. and yellow pepper; onion, fresh mushroom, and celery, cut it up and stir fry'd it in a teaspoon of virgin olive oil and a light garlic vinegar....OMG large fries (my favorite) had nothing on this meal. drink lots of water. i try stay away from drinks with sugar in them 260 calories is just not worth it, and if i do need something sweet to drink ill get some crystal light. bananas are also very filling, sometimes in the morning i eat about 4! just try to take it one step at a time and then pride yourself on your strength and diligence. its a battle, but what isn't. be strong and contact me whenever for support or ideas, im fighting the battle daily too girl.
