I'm finally 36 weeks! Duncan and I are almost done decorating the nursery. We have our crib, rocking chair, and changing table/dresser. We're looking around for just the right area rug. We want something bright and colorful.

I'm finally 36 weeks! Duncan and I are almost done decorating the nursery. We have our crib, rocking chair, and changing table/dresser. We're looking around for just the right area rug. We want something bright and colorful.
So far in my pregnancy I've gained 19 lbs. I'm sleeping fine and only get up once a night to pee! My biggest complaint would have to be the heartburn. Thank you to whomever invented Tums. You are my hero! I'm currently working twice a week as a bartender. My last day will be April 27th. I'm planning on going back to work in September. We'll see what happens. I'm going to have all summer to be a new mom.
The one thing I'm really looking forward to is breastfeeding. I think it'll be a wonderful bonding experience and will feel natural. I hope that my son and I won't have too many problems getting started. I've read that some babies latch on right away and know what to do.
My baby shower is May 3rd. I'll be 38 weeks. I hope I don't go into labor!
