30-7-2009 - 7 Month Update

My mood while writing this blog:
Happy/Blessed

Well my little princess had her check up this week and everything went great. She is 27 inches long, weighs in at 14lb 12oz (a little small for her age but she is so tall and active) her growing goes towards her height. I have very tall people in my family (all my brothers are taller that 6'3) so I guess she's taking after them. Her ezcema is clearing up very well and she's eating like a horse..lol. I can't believe how big she is getting and growing up so fast.. she can sit on her own for periods of time (she loves her bumbo seat), she's babbling like crazy but still won't say ma ma yet..lol. She loves to spit I guess b/c her two bottom teeth are trying to come in but me and my mom thinks she does it on purpose sometimes. Oh and boy is she fiesty.. she gets it honestly though b/c me and her dad have attitudes..lol. She loves to hit and scratch so we have nicknamed her "Scrappy Doo". But whats so funny is she will hit you right in face and when you say ouch she tries to grab you and kiss you... it so funny! But yes I have a little fighter on my hands. She is definetly the center of our family her uncles, grandma and grandad love her so much.. they have her spoiled rotten but I'm so grateful to have such a wonderful family that would do anything for me and her. She is doing a lot better with her daddy and doesn't cry as much with him but she still gives him a hard time sometimes..but he loves her so much and is really doing a good job with her. Well thats my update on my little princess.. I posted a few pics too.

She is a little skinny minny...lol.. but she eats like crazy she just doesn't gain alot of weight. She is actually in the 25 pecentile for her weight and 95 pecentile for her height.

That is great. Good to hear that you and lil missy are doing well . It is great when you know you have support of family. I have learned to appreciate mine more as well. Yes they are growing right before our eyes and it's something amazing that happens everyday.

she's too cute! glad everything is goin well... eventhough this time has flown by i still can't imagine Jayde being 7 months old (only 2 months to go!). what percentile is she in for height and weight? she must be tiny (in weight) cuz Jayde is still considered a lil small (40th percentile) and she's 13 lbs. at 4 months.
