Confused

Hi Ladies.. I need some advice badly!!!! Well those who know me, know the situation I'm going through with my BD and things are just not working out. He hasn't made any attempt to change or even try to make things work.. he is continuously jealous and worried about who I'm seeing and what I'm doing .. WTF but you don't love me enough to try and make things work with me! So right now I'm like fuck it with him. I'm really trying to move on with my life. Well here comes the confusing part.. I've been really thinking about this guy that I've known since I was about 16 years old... he's had a huge crush on me since Gods knows when. Ladies when I say he is a great guy he really is.. he has loved me for sooooo long and would do anything for me. He has been there for me though all my ups and downs and never has asked for anything in return. I can talk to him about anything. The problem is he is my brother's bestfriend!!!!! Even though I've known how he felt for me I've never took it there b/c of the situation.. he is also 5 years younger than me!! Don't get me wrong he has always been an attractive guy but I just couldn't allow myself to look at him like that. He came over my parents house a few days ago and when I saw him it just made me look at him in a "new way". I started think about what would've and could happen if I was to take that step in his direction... like I know he would treat me so good and I know he loves my babygirl.. but then I ask myself am I feeling this way b/c I'm hurt by my BD and rebounding?!?! On top of that how would my brother and family react?!?!? I don't know what to do... LADIES I NEED YOUR HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hey, i would just take things as the come, go with the flow. i wouldnt try to jump into a relationship already or anything, but it wouldnt hurt to get to know him or start hanging out with him some and seeing what happens! if its nothing else, at least you have a friend to hang out with and help keep your mind off BD...
