03-11-2009 - 6 Weeks

I go for my 6 weeks checkup today and just can't believe that the time has gone so fast. Abby will be 6 weeks on Thursday and is doing great. I haven't had her weighed at the dr. recently, but have weighed her with clothes on with me and split the difference and she weighed 11.2 pounds. Pretty good for a exclusively breastfed baby. We will see how much she really weighs at her 6 week checkup on Friday. My older kids have settled in and love her to pieces. I still have a little trouble getting ready in time to make it to things, but am getting better at it.

Where does the time go? Glad to hear all is well. I am working on getting out the door on time complete LOL I always end up leaving with no hair and makeup done.

I am also planning to exclusively breast feed. Never did with either of my other kids. I really don't know how it's going to be. Any feedback or advice would be really appreciated.
