12-1-2009 - Trip to the Dr\'s Office....

My mood while writing this blog: stressed

Another trip to the Dr. office today....things are fine, but I'm still stressing about this all!! The Dr. did another pelvic exam, everything looked fine there, little Garrett was active and the HR was strong. They decided to do a nonstress test to make sure I wasn't having any contractions....good there too. So why was I still bleeding?!?!? The Dr. said that I may actually bleed/spot for a week or so, but to call if I felt any changes or the blood was more bright red.

They went ahead and did my glucose test, got my Rogam shot today and I'll go back on Friday for a follow up with the bleeding. The U/S that we had done on Saturday showed that the placenta HAS moved away from the cervix so I will not be getting another U/S on Friday.

Thank goodness Little Garrett is moving!! I think that if it weren't for the movements I'd be even more stressed out!! I'm sure everything is fine. I have to trust my Dr.'s and I have to trust my body that it will protect us from harm!!

The 3rd Trimester certainly start off the way I would have liked!! Hopefully things will only get better from here!!! I want my little mircle to be healthy and OK and I want him to stay put until April!!!
