I feel your pain. My job is terrible also. Although, I'm pregnant with our first so I don't have to worry about a little guy on top of it. I honestly don't know what I'd do if I did!
My work collects money every month for employees who get engaged, a death in the family, married, etc. But did they do a single thing for me when I announced I was pregnant? Nope. They got even more up my butt and made my job even worse. I dread going in every single day.
Hang in there though. I'll keep you in my thoughts and hopefully things WILL get better for you.

ok, so I called into work sick today...I'm not really THAT sick...but my son was up all night throwing up and pooping at the same time. So he is really sick. But my job won't let you miss work for kids illnesses...so I just lied and said I was sick. I've come to realize I HATE my job and never want to be there. My boss is a total ass and swears at us and calls us names and is never satisfied....I'm dreaming of early mat leave....
I really can't see myself staying at my job too much longer with the stress it puts me through and my already amped up horomones putting me in bad moods.
What the heck am I supposed to do?....grr!
