10-3-2009 - FIRED!!

My mood while writing this blog: Raging Mad!!

So today I am 10 weeks 1 day.

I got fired today from my job!! I asked my boss what the reason was, as I don't recall doing anything wrong....he said"oh there's nothing wrong with your work, you and me just don't see eye to eye". Now there is more to this story...if you have read my other blogs you would already know the stress I go through at work....my boss will call people names, swear at them, he drinks at work, and treats people like pieces of CRAP!!! I'm not the only one who sees this, everyone I work with is scared of him. Well...I'm not one to "bend over and take it" if you know what I mean... so yesterday I asked him a simple question I wasn't too sure on....as he always says "there are no dumb questions"....this one had to do with the area code on a phone number of all things, I just wanted to be sure I was faxing a document to the right number....and he lost it on me, yelling and the whole bit....all I said back was" oh, ok, well how was I supposed to know unless I asked"..... And now apparently he thinks I'm too defensive and "we don't see eye to eye".....I bit my tounge because I had an ear full for him on his mistreatment of employees....but I just shut up and left.

I'm really worried that now I won't qualify for government maternity leave....I'll have to crunch some numbers...but also, my bf and I are in the middle of trying to buy a new house....and now my income is NOTHING! I'm so screwed!!! I need an at home job REALLY bad!
