30-9-2008 - 4 month check-up!

My mood while writing this blog: sleepy

Alyvia is doing A LOT better since our scary episode last weekend while we were in Illinois.

She's as healthy as a horse now! Besides the slight stuffed nose, she's great!!

She weighs, I'm sure, at least 16 pounds. At the doctor's this past tuesday, she was 15.9, but I'm sure she's gained her weight back and then some by now (she was 15.12 at the hospital Sunday morning, and then 15.9 on Tuesday)

We started solids today! Her first food was sweet potatoes =] And you know, it didn't taste all that bad! I'm not sure if she liked it, but I'm sure taking these new foods will take some getting used to.

She's getting whiney right now (12:07 am!) so I think I'll feed her some more sweet potatoes and then see if she'll fall asleep. After the first time, she passed out hard for a bit, which was great, but too bad it was around 8 pm, cuz now it doesn't seem like she'll sleep!
