07-8-2008 - Baby Shower!!

7th August 2008 - week 24

Just thought id write a little blog to say how im feeling and doing!

Feeling great apart from the pains in my leg but get to see my midwife on monday so i can ask her more about that..cant believe im in week 24 already! it really is flying by, i suppose when week 30 comes along though thats when it will drag! Skins not been great breaking out all the time but hair is getting thicker everyday! No signs of any stretch marks yet! Although theres plenty of time for them to come so i better touch wood! lol!

Baby is very active and strong! moves all day and night and you can now see my belly moving and jumping! my partner is so happy he can feel baby kick and my mum felt it for the first time yesterday too :)

Been getting quite emotional and seem to be crying at everything, silly hormones!

Also really looking forward to saturday as my friends and family are throwing me my baby shower!! i no its early but my best friend moves away in a few weeks so she planned it early! plus we get to have a big party in the garden as its still summer! not been traditional though, men are allowed to come so im thinking it will probably turn into one big party with lots of alcohol and me been the only sober one! oh well..any excuse for a party! plus cant wait to get all my presents! haha!

anyway i will tell you how it all went after weekend and probably put some pics up!
