At least you can get around a little bit now, not long left for us now have they said how long they will let you go over considering how much pain your in, I'm still getting no signs :-( . Good luck hope your well apart from the SPD. xx

Just thought id let you all know went back to physio yesterday because pain is now so bad with SPD and she gave me crutches, which really help when walking about! :)
they take alot of the pressure off, i cant believe how bad the pain has got its like constant cramp all underneath, in back and in hips and i cant really walk without support anymore, also the night is horrible BUT only 12 days until my due date and the nursery is finally finished!! i will put some pics on when i can.
i am finally ready for my baby to arrive! now its just a waiting game......xxxx
