First ultrasound today, and we are pregnant with twins again! I'm super nervous, because my first pregnancy started this way and at 11.5 weeks I miscarried one. I assumed I lost both. That ultrasound carried with it a mix of emotions. So excited that one was still alive, but very sad that one didn't make it. I was on bed rest for 3 weeks after to prevent losing Casey, because the miscarriage caused a hematoma around his amniomic sack. Fortunately, it wasn't on the side of his placenta, and all ended up okay! =)
