11-8-2009 - 36 week appt and update!

My mood while writing this blog: Happy, blessed but super tired!

I had my 36 week appt today now my appts will be every week!

I thought this appt was really weird last week I went to see my doctor and I lost 3 pounds and less then a week later at this appt I gained 1 pound and a half, super weird. My blood pressure was 110/50 which is really low for me, so I have no idea what is going on. I got the results from the group B strep back and it was negative but since I had it tested almost 4 weeks ago I had to do it again today. So hopefully it will come back negative because I don't want any IV's or meds unless abouslutely needed.

She checked my cervix and it is soft and getting shorter, but I am still at 1 cm. That is great news for me I think I may last a little longer. She said he is in the right position and she could feel his head!

On Sunday after dinner I started to get really bad contractions and pain right through the back they came every 2 minutes lasting 45 secs, for three hours before they settled down. I am drinking Raspberry leaf tea to help with them, I don't mind it is yummy :)

I am getting really uncomfortable, and super nervous about the birth, since I have the boys I kinda know what to expect, and I hope everything goes smoothly.

I will give another upday next week at FULL TERM yay. Only one week left how time flys.
