02-6-2009 - Grrrrrrr!!!!!

My mood while writing this blog:
Annoyed

Right! I am going to have a moan!!!

1) I feel like crap today, I have a headache and I feel sick. I have a horrible feeling its a migraine, so I am going to log out when I have finished moaning and go lay in a darkened room.

2) I have had my health in pregnancy grant rejected as my midwife signed it when I was 24 weeks and 2 days and not 25 weeks. So 5 days out.........it has taken them 5 WEEKS to tell me. I have to reapply, so I will get the form at my next appointment on Monday, then I will have to wait at least another 5 weeks for the money.

3) My work have told me I cant take my maternity leave as planned. They are saying my holiday is pro rata which means I cant take two weeks holiday at the beginning of my leave as agreed by my boss and I wont accrue holiday whilst away so I cant return on 1/2 days in December (1/2 day holiday and 1/2 day working) so now we have to go back to the drawing board.

So thats it, I am p*ssed off about those three things. Mind you, I have more than three things to be happy about so I will get over it once this headache is gone!! hehe

Oh honey, I am sorry you are having a time of it. I thought I was having a bad day :o/

I can not believe your midwife filled out the form wrong, I hope she gets the next one right!

As for work, they really need to get their priorities right, with where you stand on your maternity leave. They cant say one thing, and then change their mind. i hope you get this sorted out quickly honey. You dont need the stress.

I hope you have had a better couple of days.

Aww girl i am sorry you having a bad day... but like u said i am sure it will pass soon.. hope your headache gets better and u feel well.. and your maternity leave issues at work and health grant approval.. issues.. they do suck and i can understand u are pissed.. but i do hope and pray that all turns out well in the end for you in your favour... goodluck and get well soon.. love n hugs - tass

Awww poor you babes! I hope you get the work issue and the health in pregnancy grant sorted real soon silly midwife! And fancy them taking 5 weeks to tell you grrr! And i really hope your headache goes away soon as when i was having them i couldn't function everything was hard work all i wanted to do was lay down in a darkened room but everytime i put my head on the pillow it hurt more! Sorry you are having some problems. I must say though I am jealous of you ladies in other countries. The us does not offer much for pregnant or maternity leave. Only 12wks unpaid. I do hope it works out for you.

Not good, midwifes are thick as shit i mean it!! mine didnt change my due date on the form, after my US it was changed from 27th July to 4th Aug, and she didnt change it!! lol dumb arse, and your work are horrible, id smack them!! I had bad migraine last night, and get pains every night, on the plus my stretchmarks look better thanks to sitting in the sun all day!! Hope you feel better soon x x

oh hun thats not good. i no exactly how u feel wit the headaxhes etc. try not 2 let things get 2 u, i no its easier said than done, jus think of ur little princess. xxxxx
