24-3-2009 - Making Progress 37 wks. Ob Appt.

My mood while writing this blog: blessed

Well I went to my OB appt for my 37th week now.......yay!!!!

Anyways short and sweet it was a fast, but yet good news appt. for my husband and I....and our newest little one that will be arriving soon....as to when we don't know, but dr said it's not today though....lol.....bummer....

Anyways blood pressure was great 100/70

baby's heart rate was 138 per minute

my weight well I gained 2 lbs. this week even though I have been on my feet and on the go all the time for the past 2 weeks.....So thats good I feel it was all baby though, My ribs are killing me tonight the baby is right up under them all the time now....OUCH!!!!

Dr. Checked me not by ultrasound, but the other way and he said that I was 1/2 cm last time and 0% efaced, and this time he said I am 1 cm. dialated and 50% efaced, So I am getting there it's just when is this baby going to decide that it is time to come into the world and be spoiled rotten, just like our son.....lol......we love children so much.......and oh yeah I forgot to add that dr. said that the baby's head is still high up though....I think that is the only reason that I haven't gone into full labor yet, so my guess is as soon as the baby drops onto my cervix all the way thats going to be it for me little one will finally be coming out...Gender will finally be able to be determined for 100% fact....lol

Hope all you other ladies that are due anytime along with me are doing great and making progress, just as I am......and for those that have had lucky you all....lol....and congrats.....and for those ttc, Baby dust to ya all.......*smile*
