| 26-3-2009 - Update |  My mood while writing this blog:tired of being prego |
Ok so heres your update on me I have 17 days to go up until tonight around 9pm. then it will be 16 days to go till my due date April 12th 2009.
Myself and my husband are convinced that this baby is out to fool us now for sure. Because we thought for sure I was going to go and have this baby lastnight regular contractions 5 to 8 minutes apart for about an hour then they all stopped.....darn it!!!!
this baby as the most of you know has been fooling us with the gender, so we aren't able to tell that for sure until the baby is born, and now this stuff lastnight with making us think ok here we go get ready everyone I am going to go into labor we were making plans on who was going to do what and who was meeting who where and all that good stuff and then Boom I yell out to them and say forget it.......lol....they stopped all together.....they kept on going planning things...lol....Ummmm lol hello I am here ppl. told my husband call your boss tell him that you will be into work tomorrow because the contractions stopped... he goes are you sure?......duh!!!! yeah
my husband was hurt about it though he was all excited about meeting the newest family member lastnight, and for the most of you if you read my other blog then you know what else happened and why he was hurting even more.....but anyways I want this to all be over with right now!!!!!
I have only till Saturday and on Saturday I will be 38 weeks....wow I am so shocked I have been walking, carrying things up stairs, working on cars and trucks, I mean come on why am I not in labor, Thats it....lol....It's time to add intercourse to this now my husband said his sperm will act like ocytocin what they give women to induce labor, did you all know that at all? towards the end of your pregnancy the mans sperm has something in it that acts like ocytocin used to induce......So my husband said thats it we are going to have a lot of intercourse he said I am going to fill you up with this and put you into labor....lol....I said ok

Good old sperm! While I was pregnant, I looked into natural induction techniques + the whole sex thing came up..Little did I know that the prostaglandins in semen actually work better when they are taken in through the stomach - so oral might be another option (if you can be bothered..I certainly couldn't..)

Yep sperm made me go into labor with my daugther...I had to make my husband pull out this time with this pregnancy because I would have contractions...

Yeah I heard about that sperm thing. Too bad I don't have a man to test that theory with in a few weeks!
