I'm sure most of you who are going or have gone through your first pregnancy are finding out that the first trimester can be sucky, including if you're sick all the damn time! ugh!
I... on the other hand, have been reluctant to not be as sick, though nausea has occurred at times. None of us like to be sick. To be honest I think this is the one reason I'm going to wait on having a second child for a little while. heh
But I'm sure many of you who are going through this for the first time have talked or found out what can help with feeling sick. Crackers, hot showers, whatever it might be.
I personally found out that fountain soda helps me! Even the coke syrup is better. Not many women know about this, and though they say caffeine is bad... I'll tell ya... I gave up on smoking, so I don't think that soda is going to harm my baby than from inhaling something as poison! sheesh!

My husband is in the army, so of course there are many women here in Alaska who are pregnant or just had a baby. I’m not surprised that I became pregnant because I was only on birth control for a short while, (aka the nuvaring) for me it caused irritation and was uncomforting, plus my husband complained that he could feel it! Yuck! Though most of my life I didn't need the use of birth control because I didn't have sex. =P

Don't forget that there are many people... woman, just like you who are going through the same thing at the same time! Just think!! There are thousands of women out there who might have their baby the same time, day, and month as you! BUT! You are the ONLY person having your baby!!! YAY!
