Hi, how is everyone doing today..? hope all is well. Well, here I am 27 wks and sick with a cold again. I can't believe this. I am coughing until my chest, sides and ribs hurt. I have started to take Tylenol cold, as there is nothing else I can do. So darn fed up. I am wheezing pretty bad as well. I am also using a puffer for that. This is the 3rd cold and flu I have had in 3months. I can only breath thru from my mouth and i am having a really hard time breating, as it is getting harder to move around. On the bright side, Dorie is moving and kicking around alot more. She loves when I am eating, she gets active while I eat and stay like that for about 1/2 hr after. Does anyone know if too much coughing can harm the baby? or do u guys think she might be born with a cold?

I've had the flu, bronchitis and a nasty cold...not to mention the constant throwing up throughout this pregnancy and my doctor doesn't seem too concerned. Just check with a doctor before you take anything:-)

advice only gurl dont take any madicine if your dr dont say so... its affect to your baby.....hope you fell better soon

Don't worry about the cold harming your baby, she'll be fine. As far as congestion goes, I am a firm believer in netti pots. With my last sinus infection (worst one in my life) I began to use the netti pot & two days later my cold was gone. Amazing stuff, I tell ya!
