My mood while writing this blog: Happy |
Hi All, how is every one doing? I have a confession to make, no one told me that having a baby will be soo much work. :) See I am not getting enough sleep. At night when I get up to give her a bottle, I almost fall asleep when feeding her. OMG, she wakes up every 2 1/2 hrs at night. See my baby did not take the breast, she prefers the bottle, as I had the c-section and it was a bit uncomfortable for me to feed her, so after 3days when my milk came in and I was better, she did not want that, she sucked and played with it, but will not feed from it, so I had to pump it and now the milk is almost gone. :( So now my hubby is back to work, I can't get enough sleep. I am so jealous of him, as he gets to have his "normal" life back, while I am stuck at home and can't sleep. But I love taking care of my baby, I just wish she will sleep longer in the nights. Any suggestions ladies? i am desperate. Take care all....Savvy and Emily.

Friday, 31 Jul It was the same way here.... but now Matthew is 4 months old (he will be on Sunday) and has been sleeping 6-7 hours at night since about 11 weeks. He had colic, so it was super hard with him. I have to bottle feed too, and there were quite a few times I fell asleep feeding him. I know it seems SOOO far away, but it will be here before you know it. Other than that, all I can suggest is to nap when Emma does... fiona101 -
