22-10-2009 - Active Army

My mood while writing this blog: happy

ok so a few days go we had to go see shawns recruiter to give him the conditional release.. which releases him from the Army National Guard so he can go Active Army.. then yesterday they call us and tell us that we need to be up tthere with all the paper work neccessary and everything. so we go up there and sit there for 4 hours with 2 kids.. OMMMMMG it was horrid.. the boys were EVERYWHERE.. it was insane completely.. and got on my nerves totally.. but anyhow.. we sit there for 4 hours doing paperwork and such.. well they finally got everything done and he will go to ATL next tuesday and be sworn in on Wednesday :D im so incredibly happy..seein as neither of us has had a job since May.. omg im so frikkin happy... i hate depending on others to take care of me and my famiily.. it is THE worsst feeling EVER.. and i hate it with a passion.. but anyhow now we will be active althouhg if he decides to go in with his current MOS we wont be gettin any money til we ship out to be stationed..which means after christmas which suuuucks.. lol. but if he changes his MOS which he wants to do then we will be getting paid as soon as he goes to AIT for it.. which would be awesome.. well im in class right now and bout to listen to a lecture so i will update prolly next week to let everyone know what is happening with us and the Army..
