My mood while writing this blog: sleepy |
So I just got back from the doctor and everything went good. The only thing I was concerned about was my blood pressure, It was 130/60 which is kinda low for me. My BP usually runs about 115/ 79 so the diastolic was kinda low...does anyone else have low blood pressure while they are pregnant or anything like it? Anyways I have another appt on April 8 and my first ultrasound on the 14!! so I am pretty excited about that! I have big anxiety issues this time around and I am hoping it gets better because my anxiety is turning into panic and thats not good! If anybody has any advice I would love to hear it! Hope everyone is doing great! And Baby dust to my ttc girls!

Tuesday, 24 Mar I would say your BP is good. The first number is getting high (140 is considered high) but the low number is good. My BP never goes over 90/50 I have really low BP so when I was pregnant with my first my BP went up to 136/96 and they kept me monitored for that. just stay relaxed and sleep on your left side, it's suppose to help with the BP :) shawna mae -

Thursday, 12 Mar My bp was always very low when I was preggo. I can't remember the number. I will look it up. I go friday and will see what it is.
When I was preggo with my son my dr. refered me to a therapist and I saw her for a year and my life has never been the same. I had an anxiety disorder that ruled my life ever since my mom died when I was 14. I am great now! Good luck! Breathe, not breathing is the first step to an anxiety attack. melababy -
Wednesday, 11 Mar the number you really want to be concerned about is the systolic... the first number. The lower number is not a concern at all, unless it is very high. The lower the better, that is the pressure when you heart is relaxed. Make sure you monitor the first number though.... anything over 140 is considered high. Hope this helps, always recommend you speak with your doctor though heathert -
Wednesday, 11 Mar Maybe discuss your concern with the Dr and also let him know about your anxiety. Take care. jesslf -
Wednesday, 11 Mar Did you tell the Dr that you were concerned about your BP? I'm sure that if it was an issue they would of said something. So I wouldn't worry about it too much, maybe it differs alittle while being pregnant. How exciting an U/S!!!!
