27-5-2009 - Update @ 24weeks!

My mood while writing this blog: Happy & cheerful

Well, 24weeks & am feeling good, it has taken me a long time to start feeling like this but it's eventually arrived! My first 4months were awful & I felt like crap, I was sick everyday & was exhausted but now I can actually stay up past 10pm & it feels good! I get the odd pains in my hips but It's strange because u just get used to it & now I don't notice it as much!

My little baby girl has been moving non-stop aswell, especially if I have a cup of tea, she starts going crazy - think she is a sugar fiend cos she does it with chocolate aswell - have a suspicion she is a kfc fan as Icould eat it every day, doesn't help that a kfc has recently been built down the rd from me - Zinger burger, chips & coleslaw anyone? Ha ha ha!

I have even started to feel less nervous about raising this baby as a single parent (I will have my Mum & sisters & they are truly a godsend)but I want to prove to myself that I can raise this little girl to be a strong, independant, motivated woman that can do & be anything she puts her mind to -My Mum raised 3 girls & If I am half the mother she is - I'll be alright!
