05-8-2009 - Week 34 update

My mood while writing this blog: Sore & urrgghhh!

Week 34 & not feeling great - Been a bad few days for me & then yesterday I started getting really bad lower back pain with a spasm going through my lady garden & upper legs & it has carried on today & It's so bad that I can't walk properly @ times & it getting me down. I'm such an active person & probably do a little more than I should, I walk a lot & like to be doing stuff but today I have been either lying on the sofa or in my bed with a heat pad trying to stay still & it's boring, pls tell me that it's not going to be like this for the next 6 weeks??? It also feels like the baby has dropped & she has been moving about like crazy aswell!

I have my next midwife appt a week today @ the hospital but if the pain doesn't ease I may go & see the doctor before that, I don't want to cause a fuss or waste their time but as it's my first baby I worry cos I don't know what to expect!

On a good note I got mine & babys hospital bag packed so if anything should happen from now on I am sorted & ready to go - My Mum bought me some disposable pants to take in & for a laugh I put a pair on my head & sent pictures to my sisters, friends & my auntie - was quite funny, they are massive! I didn't go mad with the packing, I have just taken essentials and if I do need anything else then my family or Marc can bring me it. I have taken the cutest little outfit for her to wear home, it's a white & pink babygrow with a white vest & my Mum has knitted a hat & cardigan (my Mum is the best knitter I know & they stuff is so cute) & got her bootees aswell incase it is really cold.

Oh well I am going to go now, not really anything else to say!
