11-8-2009 - Week 35 update

My mood while writing this blog: Happy but very impatient still!

Hi there, week 35 & feeling better thisweek. My back has not been as bad which is a result as couldn't put up with that for the next 5weeks, I invested in a little wedge pillow & think that is helping me to sit up a bit straighter! Sleep is still proving a bit of a problem as I'm up several times for the loo & then it takes me ages to get back to sleep again aaarrgghhhh!

I'm really bored of being round the house all day, there is only so much cleaning I can do & my Mum keeps getting upset with me cos I'm moving the hoover from upstairs to downstairs & lifting stuff in general but to be honest occasionally I forget I'm pregnant,the other day I jumped up the stairs two at a time (before I was pregnant thats what I used to do) then I got to the top & my legs had shooting pains in them! What is everyone else doing to occupy themselves during the day if they r not @ work???

Started thinking more & more about the birth & am a little scared now If I am honest, I would rather have her tomorrow than continue to be pregnant but I'm worried how I am going to cope, I have a high pain threshold but it doesn't stop me thinking horror stories! Also, I keep hearing about more & more people having their babies early & hoping that it might just happen to me (fingers crossed) I want her to be nice & healthy though!

Got my appt with the midwife tomorrow morning so hopefully everything is still going fine & It means I get to hear her heartbeat again yay!!! She is a naughty baby though & has been kicking me in the ribs quite hard for past few days!
