14-7-2008 - 12 weeks today :)

My mood while writing this blog: a little better

So for the past two weeks i've been on blood pressure meds, Everything has been going great! BP is going down, I've been feeling wonderful! I had an appointment last thursday on the 10th of July, The doc told me she did not like the bp meds I was on so she was going to switch me to a different medication, She told me to take my bp before I started the meds and to take it again an hour after I took the meds, so on July 12th I do so, Later in the evening I started to get a headache, nothing big. The next day July 13th I still had a slight headache, As directed that evening I took my 2nd pill and the headache got worse, The main side effect of these meds are headaches. UGH! This mornng (July 14th) I woke up and the headache is still here. Thank goodness it's not as bad as the night before, because my head hurt pretty bad last night.. I am getting ready to call the doc and say what the heck, should i try to wait this out? or go back to the meds i was taking prior to these damn headaches? !!!!! I swear if it's not one thing, it's another.... Wouldn't u agree?.

On a happier note, At this appointment on the 10th, the doc did another sonogram. Everything looks great she says. :) My hubby and I finally got to hear our babies heartbeat!!! IT WAS FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!
