29-1-2009 - surgery for my baby

My mood while writing this blog: numb

so i took my Decklan to the hospital today we had another renal scan, and his hydroneprosis hasnt improoved...

So now i have to wait till wednesday to see the dr to find out what they want to do, the longer it is left like this the more damage will be done and the bigger the likelyhood that the kidney will be irrepareably damaged OR EVEN FAIL.

they think that this is all being cause d by some sort of reflux where the kidney isnt draining into the bladder correctly or the bladder is pushing the urine back up into the kidney. so they would need to do surgery for that.

They said that there is a chance that it may still correct itself but that it is unlikely.

Please if anyone reads this pray for my son, help me give him the strenght to go through this, and pray that i have the strength too cause im a wreck atm, i wouldnt wish this on my worst enemy, no parent shuold have to deal with this!
