13-8-2008 - Almost 32 Weeks...Ugh!

My mood while writing this blog: tired

Gosh, life just seems so stressful right now. I mean I'm excited about having this baby, but with my husband not here to help me through the pregnancy I've got a million more things to think and worry about. Add on to this the fact that I haven't had a good nights sleep in over 4 months and you've got one tired and worn out person, and I know it's not going to get any easier. I basically only get about 5 hours of sleep at night because of frequent bathroom trips and difficulty in finding a position that's comfortable. I can't sleep flat on my back, because I can't get up. I can't sleep on my right side, cause I get heart burn. I can't sleep on my left side, because it pulls the muscles from my right rib and makes it very uncomfortable. So I sleep in a semi upright position.

I pretty much feel miserable. I miss my husband, I'm tired, I wish my mom would stop commenting on every detail and decision I make for my life, and I wish she'd stop smoking around me. I have my 32 week appointment tomorrow and I'm hoping they give me another ultrasound so I can see baby girl. I can't wait 'til she gets here. I know it's going to change my life, but at least I won't have to work! Thank God for that!
