My mood while writing this blog: CONFUSED

OK...SO MY SON IS 6 WEEKS OLD!!!!! AND HE IS SOOOOOOOOO COLICKY ALL HE DOES IS CRY UNLESS HE IS ASLEEP OTHERWISE HE IS NOT HAPPY! AND ALL OF A SUDDEN HE IS SLEEPING A LOT..HE WAS STARTING TO STAY UP LONGER BUT NOW HE JUST EATS AND THEN SLEEPS? AND ALSO DOES ANYONES BABY EVER WAKE UP CHOKING? FROM SPIT UP? PLEASE HELP ME

I know about the choking...my daughter use to do it all the time while I supplemented with Emfamil Lipil. She hasn't had any episodes since I switched her to Similac Sensitive. She had an upper and lower GI test done to check to see if there was something wrong with her esophagus. Have you pediatrician check him out if he continues to spit up/choke.

Don't stress on the extra sleeping- probably a growth spurt. Logan goes days with only eating and sleeping, then a few days of 1 or 2hrs awake, then eating and sleeping again... Not sure what to do about the spitting up... elevating his head sounds like a good idea... Good luck ;-)

if he is colicky and you give him formula there is a great one that is called similac alimentum. its pretty pricy at 26 a can but it helps soo much my daughter used to cry uncontrollably from about 3pm to 7pm everyday until i tried this formula
