Tuesday, 16 Feb IDk if this is so healthy but really good. don't know the name of it but my mom always cooked it and Ive made it a few times. You will need. One box of rotini noodles, one package of italian sausage, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 container ricotta cheese. Your family is pretty big so you may need to up the size, I use that for me and hubby and we have left overs for a couple days. But you take the italian sausages peel the skin off of it and mash those up like you would hamburger ( use as many as you want) cook those until they're done. Cook the rotini until it is done. And when the rotini is done cooking, drain the grease from the italian sausage and mix it in with the rotini noodles, also mix in the diced tomatoes and ricotta cheese. It's a very quick and easy and delicious meal!. You could also add some texas toast with that from the store or homemade. Hope you try it it's good! charmedby3 -
Tuesday, 16 Feb My 9 year old's favorite is Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo. It usually only takes 20-30 minutes to make. 3-4 chicken breasts, cubed; 1 can Campbell's Mushroom Soup; 1 head broccoli; 1/2 cup dry parmesan cheese; 1/2 cup milk; pepper to taste; your favorite pasta. Cube the chicken, and fry until brown and cooked through. Add the mushroom soup, milk, parmesan cheese and pepper. Stir until thoroughly heated.Boil the pasta, adding broccoli to the pot for the last 4 minutes of cooking time. Drain, and mix with sauce.
